Membership, Loan Periods, Fees & Fines
Membership – Library cards are free if you live in or pay property taxes to the Towns of Stonewall or Teulon or the Rural Municipalities of Rockwood or Rosser. To obtain a card you will need to show acceptable identification that includes your name and current address. Your Library card may be used at the Stonewall, Teulon or Bookmobile locations of South Interlake Regional Library. You must present your library card to borrow items.
Resident members of Gaynor Family Library (Selkirk) may use SIRL libraries at no cost. See library for details.
Non-resident Membership – Individuals that do not qualify for free membership may obtain a one year family membership for $75.00.

Items that have been overdue for 100 days will automatically be marked as lost and the account will be charged the retail cost of the item plus a non-refundable admin fee of $5.00
You will not be allowed to borrow items if the fines on your card exceed $5.00
